Lightico is no longer detecting any latency issues and services across the NA1 environment appear to be as normal. Amazon Web Services (AWS) still has not yet confirmed their full recovery as yet. Please contact support if you find that you are experiencing any service issues. Thank you

The increase in latency across the NA1 environment has been found to be related to power issues experienced at one of Amazon Web Services (AWS) North American data facilities. AWS have resolved the power issues, and are in the process of restoring any affected services. We will provide a further update on this in the next 30 minutes
