We have been informed that our sms provider, Twilio, is currently experiencing an incident which is affecting sms to be sent for Lightico sessions. We will continue to monitor the situation and report back with updates.
We are receiving reports that agents see failure when initiating a Lightico session via sms. We are currently investigating the incident. Agents can use the "Re-engage" option to switch for the session invitation to be sent by email. We will publish an update within 30 minutes.
