The issue related to documents not opening as expected after downloading has now been resolved. Any documents that have been found not to have been accessible after downloading, can now be downloaded from the session again and will now open as expected. During this period a second fix was deployed for text not appearing as expected when added to an Ad-Hoc document. Both these issues are now resolved
