We've now resolved the incident. The API v1.0 Authenticate user is now fully operational. Lightico for Salesforce users can now successfully initiate sessions. Thank you for your patience.
We are aware of an issue impacting Lightico API - v1.0 Authenticate Users. This also has impact on Lightico for Salesforce users who are unable to create sessions.
