Access to historical sessions has now been restored. This relates to access via Recent History, History report, or API call to historical sessions. Access to historical sessions is scheduled to be recovered during maintenance window scheduled for tonight, between July 14h-15th. We will update next once restoration is completed. Thank you for your patience.

We have fixed the core issue, and have recovered access to Lightico services. Login, SSO and API requests are now working as expected. New sessions can be created. Access to histrical sessions is currently limited, we are working to recover access to historical sessions. In our next update, we will provide a time estimate when access to historical sessions will be restored.
