Our web application firewall provider has implemented a fix. We are seeing service is fully resolved for the last 15 minutes. We will continue to monitor the situation and update once the incident is fully resolved.

Our web appliation firewall provider has updated that they have identified the root cause and are implementing a fix. We are seeing improvements in Lightico services (SSO and API traffic), yet direct login is still impacted. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update in 30 minutes.
