As of 8:40 PM ET (3:40 AM UTC) the latency issue locking completed documents has been fully resolved. All documents sent during the time of the incident are expected to be completed and available to download.

We have now fixed the core issue and are seeing improvements. Completed documents are processed and available to download within ~60 seconds. We continue to address the issue until service levels return to regular (less than 30 seconds).

There is still some delays experienced in the locking of documents currently, we will update once the document locking process has returned to the expected service levels
The issue related to the documents not locking and presenting the message "We are working on it, the document will be ready right away", has been identified and resolved. The backlog of pending documents and the sending of the associated event callbacks are now getting processed. We will update again in the next 30 minutes
