We have now confirmed that the intermittent gateway timeout errors experienced when attempting to login to Lightico were due to a network performance incident with our Web Application Firewall provider Cloudflare. Cloudflare has now resolved the incident and no further errors are expected. Lightico will keep this event open for an additional 30 minutes for further monitoring and ensuring that recovery is stable.
