The investigation has surfaced a suboptimal behavior of the History search function which created the impact of this incident. In order to resolve the latency, the History search option has been temporarily blocked. Further action will be scheduled overnight to restore the History search function.

Creating sessions, accessing sessions, sending content and completing them are now operating as expected.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We will keep the incident open for monitoring stability for an additional 30 minutes.

We've identified the root cause and are now working to resolve it. There is no more latency or failure in creating sessions, adding content or completing esigns and workflows. There is a backlog of completed documents to be processed which is currently creating latency in document locking. We expect all latency to be resolved shortly.
