The issue has been identified that has impacted users selecting the "Pre-plan" option to create a session invite. This issue has only impacted users where API integration has not been enabled on the profile. A fix to correct this error is to be deployed overnight.
The current advised work-around for any impacted users, is to please make use of the "Start Session" option when sending out an invitation.
We will update further once this fix has been deployed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
Lightico have received reports of errors when using the "Pre-Plan" method to send a session invite. If you should encounter this error, please make use of the "Start Session" invite method instead. Lightico engineers are investigating the issue, and we will update on this issue shortly.
