Unable to create session if "Dynamic teams" is enabled

This issue observed with creating sessions with Dynamic Teams enabled, has been resolved. Sessions can now be created as expected.

Lightico is investigating an issue impacting profiles that have the "Use session settings from a different team" setting enabled. It has been observed that if this setting is enabled, the session is failing to be created. While the engineering teams are working to correct this issue, an interim option is to temporarily disable this option in the System and Team settings. The option can be found under - The System or Team settings, in the "Session" / : Conversation behaviors" area. The option to "Use session settings from a different team" can be toggled off. If toggled off, the sessions can be created as expected.
