Change Details: As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the performance and security of our services, we will be changing the primary IP addresses associated with our platform.
This change is scheduled to take place on the Sandbox EU environment during this scheduled maintenance window starting Sun, 1st December 2024, 07:00 +00:00 UTC.
Action Required: Update IP Filtering Configurations
If you use IP filtering for security when receiving requests from Lightico, please update your configurations to include our new IP addresses. The previous IP addresses will still be used as a backup, so it’s important to maintain both the old and new IPs in your application’s allow list.
New IP address for Sandbox EU: 3.124.23.121
Failure to update these settings may result in service disruptions.
You can implement these changes at any time before the scheduled update to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.
