Investigation of the issue has found that after re-routing login and API services to a different hosting region within AWS (Amazon Web Services), the login services and affected API services are restored. We are now monitoring these services for stability.
Lightico has identified connectivity issues which are currently impacting both login and na1 based api traffic. We continue to investigate the root cause as a critical priority. We will update in 60 minutes or prior if information becomes available.
The issue related to errors received when attempting to log in is still under investigation. We will provide another update on this issue in the next 30 minutes.
