Further to Lightico services being affected by the Amazon Web Services (AWS) North America incident, the impacted time period was between 12:37PM and 7:35PM EST December 7th, 2021. AWS services are reported to be fully recovered and operational since this time.

Lightico continues investigation to verify data integrity for the impacted time frame between 12:37PM EST and 7:35PM EST on December 7th, 2021.

We expect no further impact due to the AWS incident as all AWS regions have fully recovered and confirmed starting 12:35 AM UTC. Please contact support@lightico.com if you encounter any further issues with your service.

Lightico is aware of an incident on Amazon Web Services US-EAST-1 region impacting Lightico's NA1 environment. There may be latency experienced and failures in API calls noted. We are monitoring the event closely and working to minimize the AWS outage impact for Lightico SaaS.
