Lightico will be deploying a fix to correct the continued delays with the document locking and the sending of the completed emails. You may experience a short disconnection from the service when this fix is deployed shortly.
The sending out of the email that contains the completed document is currently delayed. The amount of time taken for the completed document emails to be triggered will be returned to expected processing times shortly.
The issue related to the documents not locking and presenting the message "We are working on it, the document will be ready right away", has been identified and resolved. The backlog of pending documents and the sending of the associated event call-backs are now getting processed.
Engineers have identified the issue causing the delay of the documents locking. We will update further on this issue in the next 30 minutes.
