Lightico have completed the investigation into the incident impacting documents between Sunday, February 27, 4 AM EST and Monday, February 5 AM EST. All completed documents are now available and can be downloaded. Lightico have also triggered the related "workflowCompleted" events for accounts using integration. Recovery for the Administrator History Report will remain limited and the "Workflows completed" column will not reflect the updated actual document status for these recovered documents impacted by the incident. We apologize for the inconvenience

Documents that were completed between Sunday, February 27, 4 AM EST and Monday, February 5 AM EST can now be downloaded and accessed as expected. The event calls related to these documents have been triggered.

The History Report in the Administrators view for the affected documents are not currently reported as "Workflow Completed", this will be updated to reflect the correct status in the History Report within the next 24 hours.

Lightico is aware of an issue affecting access to completed documents. Documents that were completed by end-customers between Sunday, February 27, 4 AM EST and Monday, February 5 AM EST show in the session as if not completed. Lightico is working to resolve the issue in two areas:

1) Recover access to the completed documents (Download button will display as expected) 2) For accounts using integration, the wizardCompleted event will be triggered

We expect recovery to be completed by 4AM EST, February 29th.
