Our production team has identified an issue causing delay in locking completed documents. We've confirmed there is currently a delay of < 60 seconds locking completed documents. We continue to address this issue with priority until performance time is fully recovered. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently investigating an incident which is causing completed documents to stay on "We are working on it, the document will be ready right away" status. We will update again in 30 minutes.
