Document locking times have returned to normal response times. As AWS is still in the recovery process the Document Analyser feature is still impacted by the ongoing issues at AWS at this time.
An update to the document locking delays incident: It has been identified that due to the ongoing incident and service degradation at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Document Analyser feature and document locking are services impacted by this ongoing issue. We will update further once we see improvements in these areas as AWS work to recover services.
