We've resolved the cause of the delays seen with locking. The locking times have returned to normal levels and we are monitoring these responses times.
We identified an issue with document locking delays that is continuing, we are working to resolve and will update further in the next 30 minutes.
Documents are now locking within the expected times.The delays of 2-3 minutes in locking of documents is no longer observed. No critical delays experienced during this period.
Lightico is investigating delays in the time it is taking for the locking process to complete for approved and signed documents. We will update further in the next 30 minutes
