The issue impacting the sending of SMS invites has been identified and affected profiles are now able to send SMS invites. We are monitoring the SMS invites for stability. Please reach out to support@lightico.com if you are experiencing issues with the sending of SMS invites.
Lightico is currently investigating an incident that is impacting some profiles with the sending of SMS invitation notifications to end-customers. Customers using their own integration for SMS communication are not impacted by this incident.
Invitations and notifications to an email can be utilized until the impact on sending SMS is resolved should you find that you are impacted
